Return & Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will help you within 24 hours. In such cases, the shipping fee will be borne by us.

1. If the customer regrets after purchasing the product, please contact us to cancel the order within 12 hours of purchase, you are not responsible for any charges if your order is not shipped. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will only need to pay the return shipping fees.

Non-Refundable ItemsIf your item does not have any quality problems but the packaging has been opened or has been used, this situation does not support returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@gardesol.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
